Hotel LeVeque, Autograph Collection

While I was not a guest at the hotel, I called in hopes of surprising my friend with a gift card to the restaurant upon her arrival. After a brief hold, Liz came back on the line and had a plan that blew mine out of the water. I cannot thank Liz and her team enough for making my friends first LeVeque experience wonderful!

The customer service is exceptional. The access to dining in the hotel (breakfast particularly) is not great and the air conditioning in the room causes a lot of humidity but does not make it much cooler.

Awesome hotel, great service, location. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable of area surroundings. Pleasant from arrival to departure. Ms Kuanele was very kind and helpful with any request I had. Ms Yordanos was most gracious and professional. Thank you LE'Veque see you next year for myv4th ME time mjni vacation.

Our family of 4 checked in to the Leveque hotel for 1 night at the end of our Ohio vacation. The rooms are very nice and clean, with comfortable beds and amenities. The staff was the friendliest we have ever encountered! The front desk staff was so helpful giving the kids coloring books, great Recommendations and even offered to help us get ice cream for the kids, even though they did not offer it at the restaurant. We ate at the hotel restaurant The Keep which was great! They offered amazing cocktails and food and again the staff was so nice and helpful, going above and beyond. We loved our Airbnb prior, but honestly wish we could’ve stayed here longer . You won’t regret your stay!

We were very disappointed with our stay. Based on how this hotel is marketed, we expected a luxury experience, but it fell far short. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival, the amenities were underwhelming, and our room was not as clean as it should have been. The front desk also tried to highlight the ceiling “star lights” in the room as a special feature, but they appeared to be inexpensive projector lights that didn’t add to the experience. Our biggest issue, however, was with the valet service. When we returned from a wedding that evening, we sat in our car for approximately 15 minutes waiting for valet, but no one ever came. I eventually went inside to ask the front desk where the valet attendant was. I was told she was outside, which wasn’t accurate because we had been waiting the entire time. We ended up handing our keys to the front desk employee so they could give them to the valet. The poor service continued the next morning. We received a text notification that our vehicle was ready, but after going outside, we waited another 10 minutes and still no valet attendant appeared. I had to go back inside and notify the front desk—again—that no one was outside. To make matters worse, when we inspected our rental vehicle that morning, we discovered new damage that had not been there previously. The vehicle had been in the hotel’s valet service overnight, yet no one informed us of any incident or acknowledged the damage. That lack of communication and accountability was extremely concerning. Overall, this was nowhere near the luxury experience we expected. Between the dirty room, unpleasant lobby, underwhelming amenities, and consistently poor valet service (including damage to our rental car) this stay was incredibly disappointing. We’ve had much cleaner, better-managed, and more enjoyable experiences at hotels with lower star ratings. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is gorgeous and then the rooms are spacious and elegant. My kids loved the Milky Way Galaxy star projector that is in the room for a night light. We all loved the Italian soaps in the bathroom… they smelled so amazing. The staff around the clock was very attentive, friendly, and went over and above to make us feel welcome and special. I want to give a big shout out to Semhar at the front desk. She took extra time to let my 10 year old daughter learn how to properly check out. She engaged so sweetly with my daughter and treated her like a princess. We will absolutely make this our first choice on where we stay when in Columbus again because of Semhar’s exceptional hospitality and this beautiful property!

I would love to shout out Elizabeth for a great experience as I was delayed and frazzled coming in. She was so calm, welcoming, and friendly which made my experience here 10 times more amazing. I truly appreciate people like her!

Beautiful place. Clean room. Staff were super friendly. Parking is expensive but that's the area in general.
