Room was clean and the shuttle driver was great. He runs to all of the local hospital centers. However, we stayed for 3 nights and they never refilled our coffee bar and only provided 2 bath towels for a 4-person room. In addition, they were out of coffee/tea in the lobby or it was cold (even early morning) and the business center's computers did not work.

Place was a godsend for me. While working night shift. I drive a dump truck. Not a lot of places are okay having it in their parking lot but needed to stay here so I could visit my fiancée in the hospital across the street. They found me a room and told me I could park here. Wouldn’t have gotten to see her for a week had not been for them I am grateful for that. Rooms are very clean. Has three restaurants within walking distance. Night police patrol in parking lot constantly driving around. Staff is super friendly. They make everything so easy.

Had a great experience with Hilton Garden Inn Columbus, very clean rooms and facilities, plentiful parking, pretty convenient location. My original hotel reservation got screwed up (their booking system went down) and they took me in at midnight. Their front desk guy Nathaniel was a champ- can't commend this guy enough for his friendly demeanor and prompt service. Will def be coming back here again (thanks again Nathaniel!).

Ms. Sonja and Ms. Elise that were running the front desk were beautifully handling the consistent busyness (steady phone ringing, check ins, answering questions to very needy guests, giving information to others) of the front house area of the hotel. I sat in the corner eating my food very impressed at their professionalism and they never dropped their smile or inviting energy. Refreshing to know there are still “real professionals out there!” Will be back!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Our first room had a leaky tub faucet and stained bedding, we asked to move rooms & they placed us in another room that upon entering seemed clean and smelled like it had been cleaned but when later in the evening, we eventually turned on the bathroom light there was mold spread all around the ceiling. At this point I realized it probably didn’t matter how many more rooms they moved us to it would still be a huge disappointment. If their staff can’t catch mold all over a bathroom ceiling, clearly they don’t care about the cleanliness of any of the rooms whether you can see it or not. It’s very disappointing when tournament organizers (USSSA) make you pick these hotels and you are stuck staying at them and they are actually hazardous to your health. Health department should probably be notified.
