Great rooms. Outstanding location. Customer service at the front desk is excellent. Only drawback was bathroom was a little small.
Family of 5 stopped here on a trip East. Great location!! Easily walkable to restaurants. Clean rooms, well service breakfast on a busy weekend. Self park right across the street in parking garage. Highly recommend !!!
Spend your hard earned money here.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the staff deserves a huge shoutout—they were genuinely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The rooms are modern, spacious, and the beds are dangerously comfortable. I could've slept through my alarm... if my travel partner had let me. Now for the few head-scratchers. Whoever decided to put the bathroom right next to the beds must be an early riser who travels alone. If one person gets up to shower while the other wants to sleep, congratulations—you both wake up. Also, no microwave? In 2026? That's a bold choice. The mini fridge was more of a "room-temperature encouragement box" than an actual refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't the meal that makes you excited to get out of bed. It got the job done, but just barely. Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again because the hotel itself is fantastic, the staff is awesome, and the beds are top-notch. Fix the bathroom layout (I know... probably not happening), add a microwave, and give the breakfast a little love, and this place would be an easy 5 stars.
Overall, we were pleased with the stay here. The hotel is in a good location. You can take the Olentangy Trail and walk a relatively short distance to the downtown, Nationwide Arena, and Short North. There are also a couple of good restaurants near the hotel to choose from. Best of all – parking is free and covered from the elements, but it is busy due to surrounding businesses. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was good with a decent selection. The room was quiet and nice. We would stay here again the next time we're in Columbus.
