Whatever you do if you call to price check online versus in person over the phone, do not tell them the dates you were looking at or they'll change the prices on you. Online quoted me $333, but when asked over the phone I was told $505 while I was on the phone he changed the price online for those days! So when I went back to book online it changed it mid process! Having been here before, I understood that it was neither new nor to up to date, but due to beach location and being pet friendly we were willing to stay. But with that kind of price hike, I might as well pay for a pet sitter.
Hotel was gross. The parking is crazy inconvenient. They” service is terrible, they guy was so rude and tried to keep us from going in our room with an extra person. He literally made our friend wait outside while we went to shower. And the ruin is DISGUSTING. Me and my friend had to share a bed because his was COVERED with dead and alive bugs. The shower was all brown and yellow. There’s a huge hole at the bottom on of the door letting all kinds of creatures in. The door didn’t even close all the way either. Do not book this place might as well sleep in your car.
Poor service, misleading advertising, the parking is three blocks away from the so-called hotel, there are animals like ants in the rooms, and they charge extra for parking.
Management was absolutely rude the wife was nice, however my husband left his jeans in there after after we checked out and they called and we went to go get them i called to them know I was there to pick up the pants and the husband accused us of having too many people in the room when we had 2 queen sized beds and a pull out bed as there were 3 adults and 2 kids and then accused us of having a dog when we didn't and started cussing at me over the phone after I told him if he has problem take it up with husband I just want the jeans. I will never ever go here again id rather sleep in my car.
Rude worker!! Said I broke the pull out couch when it would not close. Waited 4 hours to tell me I broke it. The pull out couch was scary to even sit on and felt like you were going to fall onto the floor. The bathroom was disgusting. Needs a deep clean, the whole room needs it badly. Would not recommend at all!!
