When I got to our room on Friday June 19th there was a fridge in the middle of the room.. I reserved a King on a top floor we got 2 queen beds in the 2nd floor, the bathtub had not been cleaned, the curtains did not open and we’re filthy you couldn’t see out because the sliding doors dirty, WORST EVER DIRTY HOTEL
This is the worst hotel I ever been in. I usually stick to what I know but the reviews and pictures online checked out. I was definitely fooled in person. I walked in and immediately the smell wasn't kind. I then noticed it was an attached restaurant. I let that slide. But turning the corner it got worse and worse. The elevator was like a freight elevator, and one was broke. The hallway leading up to the room was disgusting. It looked like it wasn't vacuumed in a month. It also had stains throughout. As I walked toward my room I noticed the hallway dirty along the way. I got closer and a room close to mine, door key sensor was noticeably broke. I got to my room and was turned off right away. It wasn't inviting. It looked like a hotel from 1980. I couldn't even put my suitcase on the floor. I got the suitcase holder out the closet and that even had mold on it. The sliding door to the balcony had loose screws and barely locked. The balcony didn't have matching chairs but you can tell it was supposed to have a set out there. The mini fridge was gross. The ice was frozen over with brown stuff in it. There were dead bed bugs and probably some other sort of bugs dead behind the mattress with trash. I couldn't even bring myself to pull back more of the mattress. Nothing was wiped down in the room. It just looked like years of filth. The tv was blurry, outdated, and small. I had it addressed with the front desk and while I left for a little their best cleaning lady re cleaned my room. But I I smelled was the purple fabuloso. The room still was just nasty. I told my son not to touch anything or get comfortable bc we have to go! I couldn't settle for it. It was giving motel vibes. I looked up another hotel and checked out! The front desk understood and refunded me fully. THANK GOD. I should have absolutely known better.
Hotel staff was kind. Allowed my bf and I to park and walk around, because we arrived too early to check in. Delecia checked us in(I noticed she is patient with adults who behave like children) and put us on the 7th floor with an ocean view. Beautiful view and quiet clean room. I would definitely return. Only negative I would say is a lot of paid parking around this area. A lot of shops seem to all sell the same "touristy" things. Walked to SeaSide Raw Bar and had awesome seafood.
One star is being generous! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy! The rooms are absolutely filthy and disgusting, mold and blood on the sheets and pillow cases. Just about everything in the room was broken; the door, the desk, the chairs, the toilet, the tv, the phone, even the tissue box which was empty when we got there! A friend of mine booked the same weekend for US Finals and changed their room THREE times and every time they changed their room they said the condition of the room was worse! This business has clearly not renovated in decades! The paint was cracked and peeling, holes in the wall, the hinges on the doors and toilet were so rusted they were disintegrating! This hotel should be ashamed to charge families hundred of dollars a weekend! Nothing was as advertised! The hallways had holes in the ceiling that were leaking water into a bucket, elevators were out of service, the pool was not heated as advertised! They also advertised a gym but failed to mention that every piece of equipment in the gym is broken and not in working order! Our ice box had clearly been used as an ashtray and never replaced! I booked a room for four people and was given two towels at arrival! I made two complaints about the room prior to checking out (I could not find another affordable hotel due to it being US Finals weekend or we would have left). After speaking to the supervisor he informed me to contact the third party app I originally booked through and reach back out to the manager at a later time because she was not there. Then I was threatened by the manager Kayla that “since I decided to reach out to the third party app instead of giving her time to resolve the issue, I would only receive a one night refund instead of a full refund!!!! The front desk worker Delicia appeared to be helpful in person but after following up about my complaint after checkout she was extremely unprofessional and nasty! I threatened to call corporate because they spitefully refused to issue a refund for contacting the third party app she told me “go ahead” and hung up the phone on me! Do Not Book Here!
Mr. Patel you have to start tipping your delivery drivers, nobody its going to shop and deliver your orders for pennies.
This property is a total dump. Filthy dirty. We had mold, pubic hair, smelly dirty carpet ect ect in our room. Staff could care less. Mgr combative and argumentative. this property needs to be shut down and refreshed.
