About this place The Little Gay Pub

The Little Gay Pub is a gay cocktail bar at 1100 P Street NW, between Logan Circle and Shaw. Dito Sevilla, Dusty Martinez and Benjamin Gander opened it in 2023. People come for drinks and conversation, not dancing, and the 70-seat patio fills up in warm weather. Its bartender Stephen Sides was named Best Bartender in the Washington Blade's Best of LGBTQ DC 2025. Google rates it 4.2 from about 230 reviews. Mt Vernon Sq metro is about a ten-minute walk away, and several of DC's other gay bars are close by on 14th Street and 9th Street.

This is a great local spot with a wonderful outdoor space and great theming. The staff is always wonderful and they pour a heavy drink.

I saw some bad reviews but we had an amazing time. Really enjoyed the conversations with the other patrons and in a cool part of DC. Thanks LGP. Also really great swag. Lizzie McGuire on the TVs was an added bonus.

People are trying to fight including the patrons- don’t go here!!! These are the bouncers that were threatening with racial slurs and so god awful and rude:
