Years ago, I had a couple frustrating experiences at Whitman-Walker, but recently I used their urgent care and it was great: easy to book, reasonable wait, and able to get meds at the pharmacy. Sarah King and Sasha were efficient, knowledgeable, and personable.

I had a great experience here with my provider, Pele Solell-Knepler. I look forward to returning under her care! She was kind, attentive, and did an excellent job listening and problem-solving with me. I really appreciated how supported and heard I felt throughout the appointment.

My child goes to this clinic and has for years but we are constantly battling getting them their medication on time. The doctors don't respond. The apps are unhelpful and glitched. And they are often times delayed on their medication. It's like they make you jump through hoops for absolutely no reason other than lack of order. And let me tell you I do not want to be responded to by an AI bot apologizing for the lack of care and the abandonment of their Hippocratic Oath. Buyer beware..

This review is for the phlebotomists at this location. I'm in and out a lot and some days are worse than others but they're always so helpful and kind and make me feel a lot better when I have to get through all kinds of tests. I really appreciate them.

There’s seemingly a lapse in Administrative oversight for this once added benefit to our community. In a nutshell Whitman-Walker clinic is disappointing! Not a matter of one poor experience but reflects long-term, systemic failures in communication, organization, and patient support. The medical providers deserve better infrastructure, and the patients deserve basic reliability and respect. BT
