Best Western PLUS Sunset Plaza

The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and did an excellent job. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel’s location is outstanding and convenient for exploring the area. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The tour of the city was amazing. Best way to get a history of the city. Mr Ceasar was an amazing host.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say that it will be our hotel of choice every time we visit the area. First and foremost, I want to recognize two truly outstanding members of the front desk team, Carlos and Sama. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether it was providing recommendations about the local area, giving directions, or answering our many questions, they were always eager to assist with a smile. A special thank you to Carlos, who was especially helpful when it came to arranging a late checkout for us due to our evening flight. His understanding and accommodation made our last day completely stress-free, and that level of customer service is something you don’t easily forget. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The pool area offers breathtaking views that perfectly capture the essence of Southern California. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring West Hollywood and Los Angeles. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We stayed on the third floor, conveniently located near both the lobby and breakfast area, which made everything easily accessible. Speaking of breakfast, it was fantastic! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful buffet selection that changed daily, providing plenty of variety throughout our stay. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and a great way to start each morning. Another huge advantage of this hotel is its unbeatable location. There are excellent restaurants just steps away, including some fantastic dining options directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient for meals and evening outings. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the combination of its excellent facilities, prime location, and most importantly, its amazing staff. Carlos and Sam D. helped turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you to everyone at the Best Western Plus for such a wonderful experience. We left with great memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again!

Stayed for 4 nights and could not have been more pleased. When I booked this trip to LA, I was really just looking for a place to rest my head, but this Best Western Plus ended up being so much more. The location is ideal for sightseeing. We were able to get to all of our must sees within 15-30 minutes. The service was top-tier as well. From the moment we arrived, everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was also a nice perk. Highly recommend!

I can’t fault this hotel! The professionalism and assistance of the front desk especially Fred. They went above and beyond to help in every way possible. The place was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet and the shower was incredible. I have nothing bad to say and I can’t thank them enough for how they treated us during our stay.

Stayed the for 2 nights and the hotel is very nice. Clean lobby, breakfast area had alot to choose from. Good breakfast. Room was very nice and the restroom was very clean and the bedroom is so comfortable. Nice stay.

Beat my expectations. Rooms were clean, pool and the area around it was clean, and even though it’s right next to the super busy sunset blvd you it was pretty quiet. We were so glad the breakfast offered gluten free bread! Big plus! For its prince range, it’s definitely worth it as a base for a quick trip to LA. Would stay here again!

Very happy with our stay at Best Western great location, clean rooms, affordable and the staff were extremely helpful! Room had coffee facilities, microwave & fridge included which made it feel very homely. Albert was also very helpful with our enquiries :)

Overall a good experience at this hotel, a few things could have been a little better. The location was great! Cool area with many restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Our room was clean and spacious- it overlooked the street behind Sunset so was generally calm and quiet. However, I’m not sure what was going on with the thermostat but it would randomly reset itself to warmer temps making the room uncomfortably warm at times (like in the middle of the night). The water temperature in the shower was also finicky - I would typically get a few minutes of warm (not hot) water before it would turn ice-cold for several minutes, after which it would reach a comfortable hot temp. The pool area was lovely! I only had the chance to spend a few hours there one afternoon but it was a nice spot to relax for a bit. We had a rental car so the on-site parking was super convenient and at $35 per night a much better deal than anywhere else I’d seen when looking at lodging for this trip. The staff working at the front desk were great and were quick to respond to our concerns.
