Very disappointing experience. The rooms are old, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. There are virtually no amenities and the level of service is far below what you would expect for the price charged. The swimming pool was dirty and overcrowded, with many non-resident guests using the facilities, making it impossible for hotel guests to relax. The entire property feels neglected and lacks the standards expected from a hotel in this category. To make matters worse, everything is extremely expensive, while the quality delivered is simply not there. The only positive aspect was the courtesy of some staff members, who tried their best despite the obvious shortcomings of the property. Overall, very poor value for money. I would not recommend staying here.
Good service, good location
I stayed solo at the Andaz West Hollywood, and it was a great experience from the start. I arrived early, they checked me in anyway, and my eStandby upgrade came through, landing me in an even better suite than I'd expected. The room was huge, bright, and quiet at night, with a comfortable bed and blackout shades that actually did their job. It was the perfect home base for my LA trip, especially with so many restaurants within walking distance, and it'll be my go-to in West Hollywood.
Amazing ambiance... friendly staff, rooftop pool with extraordinary view of the city and hills.... Event sales team , thank you!
