Deeply regret staying at this hotel We were told check in was 3pm, but when we arrived we were told there were no rooms ready and a waiting list so we couldn’t check in until at least 4pm. The room was fairly grimy and when I ran water through the coffee maker grey scum came out with the hot water. The blinds did not close all the way. There wasn’t even a track for them to close in the middle so we had light coming through all night and particularly early morning with the sun.
Overall it's always a good stay. The beds are comfortable and the room is decent. The entire hotel has an unpleasant odor, it's not significant but just enough to notice. Its in a great location and close to everything. I'll stay here again
Room bathroom was not cleaned inspite of reminder had to change the room in middle of the night. Double beds were like single bed size. I travel a lot and never seen any hotel provide double bed of size 60” width and that too never expected this from a brand like ramada. Your hotel grade seems to be one star property and fares does not match the kind of service you provide. I would never recommend RAMADA brand henceforth and would restrict to book under RAMADA brand hotels. I would appreciate of you could refund my stay amount back to Source this would enable my trust in your brand and will believe that RAMADA truly cares about their customers and would like to retain them.
Never ever stay here these people completely lied to us giving us a very false price for 500 for two nights with no security deposit then we get there and they demand a $300 security deposit. I would never stay in that crap hole ever in my whole life The man behind the counter was doing his job and being very polite with us, but we were misinformed and lied to over the phone before we decided to book never go here
Just checked in clean rooms fast service for no preregistration expensive parking though.
The hotel just had a creepy vibe to it! Mirrors on the wall by the bed and what looked like a camera on the wall! We just put a bag over it.
