Hampton Inn Fall River/Westport

I just called for my promised refund for 4 nites I never got a cent back the lady I talked to on the phone was very very rude yelling at me saying that she cant hwlp me when I asked for the manager she said you dont know him and hes out for the week I told her how would I know its a he then when she never said he or she ? Hampton inn owes me for 4 nites 2 out of the 4 the manager can and was suppose to be notified that I was a very unhappy customer also please what ever anyone does dont book on line ahead of time for a room the hotel won't clean it ahead of time they keep blankets with nurn holes on them booking.com has known about this for over 100 day now and im still waiting on my refund and there are burn holes through the rooms floors and when you let the front desk know we'll the older lady she will say anything to make you feel like your stay is on them I was even told over 3 months ago I wasnt aloud to change my room with the burn holes and heat not working the front desk older lady may even be pocketing customers money. Then I give the hotel another shot because everyone deserves another chance so instead I go to the hotel to make sure its not dirty and because I was bragging to my family that end up paying for a nite also that their hot tub is the only reason I stay and only reason I would pay to stay well we showed up after 10pm hot tub was close fine was only staying to go into the hot tub in the am whole point in staying so long story short go inside the pool area just to see that the hotels hot tub had a sign saying it was broken so I head tp the front desk after seeing the man manager the nite before not 1 people what I was booking told that the hot tub was broken I was even talking about how we were only stay there for the amazing hot tub the have but instead the front desk agread about how amazing the hot tub was instead of saying im sorry you may want to rebook or go some place else because our hot tub is broken well nope she told myself and family to have a good nites rest for the hot tub in the morning. Still waiting on the manager to refund me almost 400 and booking .Com owes me about the same thats close to 800 dollars that this hotel robbed me 😔

Wonderful staff, amenities, nice clean rooms. And the breakfast was really good. My family stays here every year and are always pleased. The takeout food from the Galley Restaurant next door is a major bonus for us.

Excellent stay, very quiet even next to highway ( we were on back side ) , very personable cashier and housekeeping z made us feel welcomed

This is a Hampton Inn, but was unfortunately not up to a Hampton Inn standard. As a silver member I would always be offered water, but was not here. The rooms need some refreshing, you can tell they are older. So a little pricey for what you get. Breakfast on the last day there, they ran out of hot food. They were cooking more, but I ate cereal and a yogurt and by the time I was done there was still not hot food. Towels at the pool were not restocked so sometimes only a few left on the rack by the time we got there. Person at the front desk watching tic tocs or something, I don't care but the coffee which is supposed to be hot 24/7 was luke warm.. so not checked as it should be. I suppose every business is trying to save few bucks where they can. There is a Marriot Towne Place right next door.. looks newer may want to consider that one.

Love this hotel and location. Wonderful staff. Clean room. Gym and swimming pool. Has ev charge stations. They have traditional breakfast including warm home fries, omelet, boiled eggs and oatmeal. Staff always being supportive and friendly
