Arrived an hour early and just wanted to confirm my roo.. I stead of helping me she just ignored until she realized I wasn't going anywhere. Left and came back at 3:30pm to check and she couldn't find my room. Gave her the confirmation and still couldn't find it. She looked under my name again and said the reservatiin was for the following week. Your clerk has no professionalism and seems to have an attitude. It worked out in my favor, I got my money back and would never want to stay anywhere that has no warm welcome. DO BETTER!!!

To be honest I don’t know where to begin in this nightmare. I got in from my flight early so I tried to call and see if I was able to check in early, called twice no answer. I then decided to just uber there and if I can’t I’ll just wait in the lobby. I was flying in to see my husband who is on a military base nearby. Well I get there and I go to the desk, which is surrounded by people hanging on the ledge just chatting with the desk lady. I ask if I am able to check in early and she says no rooms are ready they will be ready at check in. I was more than willing to pay for an early check in I do it all the time but she cut me off so fast and was so rude about it I just took a seat and was going to wait till check in. I was sitting down maybe 10-15 minutes just chilling on my phone, I can tell she was annoyed I was waiting there and called me up said a room was ready and checked me in no words just handed me the card. I ordered a king bed non-smoking room because I have asthma. I can tell you I got a smoking room with two queens. I wasn’t going to complain she did check me in early and she was so incredibly rude from the small interaction we had I didn’t want to bother. This place reeked so bad that I had to go and buy Febreze. This place had my feet sticking to the floor and a mess everywhere. You can tell they do NOT charge the bedding because there was stains all over the bedding. So I went and got my own blankets. My husband comes we make the best out of what we got because the location is so close to base. They only put the keycard for one day and we were staying four nights so we had to go and get it fixed. The lady I swear to got is always there at all hours glaring at us the whole weekend as we walked by. We didn’t have a working shower and they refused to give us a new room because they were booked. Looked online not booked out. Send the maintenance guy in there to fix it while we sat in there awkwardly. On day two we were met at the door by another angry customer telling us not to stay here and this was also the worst experience of her live which I agreed with her and said it was too late we cannot afford to leave this place. The one time this weekend there was someone else at the desk it was the nicest man I ever talked to so I know it isn’t the standard that lady was just so rude and ignorant I’ve never been treated so badly in my life by staff for no reason what so ever. And for a company that says supports Military families what a scam. We were treated like dirt. And I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

I stayed here for a quick overnight trip and it was exactly what I needed. The room was clean, simple, and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night of sleep before heading out the next morning. It is definitely a no-frills kind of place, but the staff were friendly and checking in was a breeze. For the price, it is hard to beat when you just need a reliable and affordable spot to crash for the night.

Stayed here 5/30/26 and it was horrible -- there was urine in the toilet, food in the microwave, and hair in the shower when we got there. Whole room smelled like feet, hallway reeked of cigarettes. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. We asked them to re-clean the room, obviously, and a woman came in with one dish towel, wet it with sink water, half-wiped the microwave and left. I ended up going to the Walmart nearby to buy disinfectant wipes, room spray, and pillow cases. I swear I'm not a Karen, I literally just don't want anyone else to think "I've been to a Motel 6 before and it was fine, I'll give this a try". It's so bad lol. It's cheap and only a couple miles from downtown, but for the love of God just shell out the extra $100 to stay somewhere sanitary.

DO NOT stay here!! Please see the actual photo with proof of bed bugs- we stayed in room 427. We couldn’t even reach the lobby attendant at any other point besides check in & she looked high as hell when we checked in, 1 hour past check in time because the room was “still being cleaned”… clearly not- the tub was dirty and when we pulled back the sheets there were strands of hair on the fitted but, what’s the point of a clean room if u have bed bugs, right? Always check the mattress folks, just by the looks of it the bed was disgusting and torn at some seams. I go ahead check one more corner and found this hungry fella & his eggs just waiting to hitch a ride with me. I have a full video of the bugs and photos of the room with time/location stamps. Hoping to get a refund still for this egregious $200 stay, but I won’t hold my breath. I guess our fault for booking a Motel 6 as a last resort :) Never again
