Hotel is nice and clean but stay far away from the restaurant. At least fir breakfast rotten orange juice. Dried leathery sausage. No silverware and they didn't care the food was bad.

I have stayed at Hilton for many years. This was one of the worst I have been treat by staff. Came in town for a baseball tournament. The website said parking was validated. Then recieved a txt from the hotel go check on us once we checked in. I asked where to validated my parking the reply was come to the front office to validatr parking. When I did. Not only was it like I was bothering them but was told the ither person was training and didn't know it had changed. I proceeded to show the txt and then was said oh that was Ai generated. We don't validate anymore. When I stated both the app and the text tell me otherwise. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So I called customer service who put me with the front desk manager. She said the policy changed last week amd they had not updated their systems. Once again it was my problem and they could help me because I paid through the app. ( The Hilton Honors App) so once again called customer service and was told it was a hotel issue there was nothing they could do about it. I emailed the GM to no answer. And the corporate office. They want me to send the parking bill to them. Seriously. I am being treated as if I am the one that made the mistake. It is truthfully not about the parking fee it is about being treated badly and no one wants to handle it and the rudeness I recieved in this process.

Wow, I had accidentally booked this hotel after booking the Hilton near the Airport. I found the mistake almost immediately, called the Overland Park Hilton and they told me no problem your cancelled. Fast forward and I see a cancellation fee on my credit card. I called to get that refunded and after 30 minutes on hold being disconnected twice was told sorry the General Manager will not approve this. I left a polite voicemail for the General Manager to discuss as I assumed maybe they were just really busy, but never received a call back. I have always had great luck at Hilton's, but I would recommend avoiding this particular one as the ownership of this branch and General Manager are not understanding and accommodating a Hilton Diamond member that has to stay 100 nights a year on the road. I was planning to stay about 6 more nights at this location as I would have preferred it rather than the airport, but that will not be happening now.

I decided to go to the restaurant last night and was very disappointed with the experience. Multiple items on the menu were not available. Even though I left to find other options for dinner downtown, my bartender was very apologetic for the inconvenience.

Room was nice , curtins didnt close so bright light keeps you up.however the racing of cars and bikes all night keep us up super loud!! Bed was super comfy. Breakfast kinda expensive for what ya get. Pool would of been cool but heater was broke and lights didn't work. Parking was crappy. Probably will not return here. I'll go elsewhere
