Bed bugs. Beware! They refused to refund us

Disguisting hotel. Dirty rooms and has bed bugs. We took a live one to the front desk and they refused to refund.

Not the cleanest rooms but in a convenient area for a cheap price. No one was around to check me out of the room but otherwise service was good. Also on the website it says free airport shuttle but I was told there is not one available at this hotel.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The shower was cold the 1st night. Our friends that stayed a level below us had the same issue. They fixed it around 11pm. The next night, the shower was Luke warm. That morning, it was cold again. The outlet that the blow dryer was plugged into was not operational despite hitting the reset button. I brought my own dryer and plugged it in over by the window. Not ideal for sure. The shower leaked and spewed out from the curtain that was not built for showers(the water came thru that as well). The toilet did not flush well. There were 2 stains on the duvet cover(we did not use it due to this). The bathroom is so small, the door barely clears the toilet. There is adequate lighting in all parts of the room. There are also plenty of outlets. The fridge and freezer worked well. The ice maker did not work on level 4. The room doors are down a tiny hallway(separate from the main hallway) and it is hard to turn a luggage cart to get it in your room. The elevator on the left trapped 2 children on it during the stay and the right elevator shut whether people were still coming in or not. They gave us 2 towels in our room despite having 4 guests booked. It took standing at the front counter 10 minutes to get 2 more. The breakfast is terrible quality..even for powdered eggs. We kept our stay due to everything else being booked up. This is our 1st and LAST time here.

This hotel has so much potential, but unfortunately it feels extremely neglected and poorly maintained. The room was noticeably dirty — the sheets, doors, and bathroom all felt unclean and uncared for. It honestly seemed like nobody is paying attention to basic upkeep. I would not stay here again, even with a partial refund. Thankfully it was only for one night. While it’s technically close to downtown, being on the other side of the freeway made the surrounding area feel much sketchier than expected.

Weird smell - possibly old stale smoke smell?! Torn bed skirt. Ice machine broken on our floor with no sign indicating it was out of service or that you needed to go to the 2nd or 4th floor for the ice machine. Wi-Fi was not secure so that seemed sketchy to use. Beds are tiny - no way they are full size. My daughter is 5'8" and her feet hung off the end of the bad. Pillows not comfortable and no options - all were the exact same and to thick.

Booked a Friday night. Decided to book Saturday also in the same type of room . I had to do it in two reservations they told me. So when I checked in I asked why. He told me booking online sometimes does that. But he told me we would just stay in the same room since I booked the same type of room. Then Saturday morning they told us we had to check out and come back at 3. We were in town for a baseball tournament so we had to take all of our stuff and put it in the car and leave until 3.

They will give away your room. I showed up last night for my reservation which had already been charged to my credit card. The man behind the desk said "sorry, you didn't show up by 1am and it's 1:20am so we rebooked your rooms already". Mind you, I have my elderly father in a wheelchair behind me because we are driving cross country to move him to a new assisted living facility. I did not get a phone call or an email warning me about losing the reservation and none of the fine print while booking mentioned anything about a 1am deadline. I was told there was nothing he could do and I would have to leave. Since it is the weekend of Wichita River fest, literally every single other hotel was fully booked. We had to get back in the car and drive another 2.5 hours to find a hotel with vacancy. I can't believe the lack of care or compassion for a family showing up WITH A RESERVATION and being sent away. I've never experienced something like this.

Passing through on the last leg of a roadtrip and wasn’t looking to spend too much money just to sleep and hit the road…definitely left wishing I had splurged a bit to stay elsewhere. The building has not been maintained over the years and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. The room doors are rickety and the bedding appeared stained. The shower didn’t drain and the AC unit was falling off the wall. This is the type of hotel you leave feeling like your skin is crawling with bed bugs
