good is good, but the some of staff in restaurant just doesn't understand even basic things, that every kid understands. And it doesn't matter wich language you tell them it in 🤦🏾‍♀️😆🤯 I showed a picture of a food to him, i translated in portuguise, i repeated many times like perrot, but he just said "I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW" or "WAIT WAIT WAIT", and then did wrong 🤦🏾‍♀️🥵. Then he said i told him wrong... 👎🏿 And never "thanks" never "please" from him...Only rude and stressfull "wait-wait;, ""i know-i know"..👎🏿

Accommodation is consistent with the category, but the restaurant service is terrible, as there is no variety. In addition, there is a lack of maintenance, as the toilet seat in the room I was assigned is broken and a simple act of printing a boarding pass cannot be done because the printer is "broken". I do not recommend it! I should also add that there is no water for the shower in the morning, even though I requested it at reception. As for the breakfast they advertise, it is nothing more than a third-rate service, in which they cannot distinguish scrambled eggs from omelets. Simply surreal!!!

The room I booked was quite spacious, but it seemed to have been closed for some time, as the sheets had a musty smell, as did the overall atmosphere. Despite this, the room service was impeccable, with very attentive staff.
