5 stars for this hotel for the staff alone! They go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I wouldn’t have made my flight if it wasn’t for them. Hotel is also clean and safe. Would recommend!

Bad choice to stay. Hotel elevator not working. Pool empty. Water coming out of overhead while eating breakfast. Under new management and in need of major overhaul.

Those responsible for this hotel are clearly ignoring the maintenance it so desperately needs and are only interested in continuing to accept customers and line their pockets. The rooms without balconies are dark, I had to change rooms because the shower was clogged, but in vain because the room next door had the sink in the same situation and the floor continued to get wet after a shower. The refrigerator in the room makes so much noise that I had to unplug it. The electrical panel also makes an unbearable noise. The lighting on the second floor is terrible, the bathroom ceilings are full of mold, and it smells like sewage. The TVs in the rooms don't work, the internet is awful, sometimes we didn't even have a signal in the reception area, and downstairs on the terrace that gives access to the breakfast area is full of mosquitoes. All things that they are already tired of hearing about, but we still complain about them every day, but they just keep making excuses, and the truth is that they don't solve anything because they have already received the payment... the only good thing is the location, in short, regrettable.

The worst experience we had. We booked a hotel and they sent us to terrible apartments for a week. Nobody came to clean or change towels, and they were incredibly rude and even responded as if they were right. It was awful, and the pool was filthy.

The hotel had no elevator, and the pool was very dirty, making it impossible to enjoy. The rooms were reasonable, but the TV didn't work. What was always good throughout the stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially those on the morning/afternoon shift.
