Incredible hotel, the service is exceptional and the staff are so friendly and helpful!!
Great food, Lesitha was very kind
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel in Windhoek, and my experience was truly outstanding from start to finish. A special mention must go to Chef Joas, whose pizzas were absolutely exceptional. The quality, flavor, and attention to detail in every pizza were remarkable and easily some of the best I have enjoyed. His passion for his craft clearly shines through in every dish he prepares. I would also like to recognize Lessy Lesitha for providing exceptional service throughout my stay. Lessy was professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and well taken care of. Service like this makes a lasting impression and greatly enhances the overall guest experience. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. Thanks to team members like Chef Joas and Lessy Lesitha, my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Windhoek and look forward to returning in the future.
