The restaurant is a large part of its business and draws locals as well as guests; the hotel side is small, with rooms aimed at business visitors and tourists. The location is handy for convention events and a short ride from the city centre. Same-sex relations are legal in Rwanda but there is no visible gay scene and public discretion is advisable.
