This lodge advertises itself in a manner that is very misleading. Before its negatives, I will talk about its one positive: the rooms appeared to be clean. Most of the staff come off "friendly" but are not professional. It claims to have an extensive array of food to choose from on its menu, but only serves certain dishes selectively. On my visit I was made to wait without being greeted or attended to. After inquiry, I was told ingredients were not available and were being bought. I waited hours before said ingredients were bought. Then was told only a few particular items on the menu were available. The food itself was uninspired and simple. The waitress did not return my change. Hot water was not available for use. The TV was unwatchable and only displayed static when switched on. The air conditioner was dysfunctional. Even if the amenities had been perfectly up to standard, customer service extends to etiquette and this lodge failed to deliver.
