The walls between the rooms appear to have very poor sound insulation. I was kept awake by noise from one neighbouring room until around 11:30pm and was then woken again at approximately 4:00am by loud activity and additional guests in the room next door. I contacted reception to request assistance, but unfortunately the disturbance continued. By 6:30am the situation had escalated to the point where I became involved in an unpleasant confrontation with the neighbouring guest. My main disappointment was the way management handled the matter. I do not feel that my concerns were dealt with effectively, and based on this experience I would be hesitant to recommend the hotel.

Interesting steampunk architecture with a shipping container theme, though this is not container construction. Had some difficulty getting a room, but once sorted I settled in at the bar and waited for an available room. I liked the grand space, the lighting, and the exposed structure and ventilation. Also, the screened windows open for fresh air and no mosquitos. Location is great, walking distance to East Park Mall and Prime Joint. I did not like the tiny, poorly designed bathroom and the lack of any work space in the room. Nor the $25 price tag on breakfast. And the 'rooftop' is not that at all (and this was the main reason I stopped by). This could be a great hotel for business travelers, but it ain't. I might stay again, but there are better values to be had in Lusaka for sure.

Average rooms with terrible bathroom space unless you go for a penthouse. Breakfast is average and definitely not worth $25.
