Mamoyo Spa Kabulonga

I had a bad experience with their bar and restaurant last week Friday. We arrived and a waiter came to assist us, we asked him whether their sundowners promo of buy one get one free cocktail was available and he confirmed it was. So I went ahead and ordered one, my husband ordered a corona. When he requested for another corona he was informed the bar had run out, so we requested the bill with a castlelite 2go. He brought the bill with 2 cocktails on it, when asked he said management had informed him that the promo has been discontinued but can only be applied if we order food. We requested to speak to management, thats how the waiter escaped and was nowhere to be seen. We finally tracked him down and he changes his story saying management has now told him its 15% off food. Very confusing. And then he disappears again! 20 minutes we are waiting for this dude only until a waitress Chisha came in rectified the situation and processed our payment. Otherwise these are the reasons its hard to support new setups.

Every moment was exceptional service truly refreshing! The staff are well trained and top notch. I'll definitely be back, can't wait for my next appointment.

The aromatherapy massage was just what I needed. And the pedicure was the cherry on the cake.
