Do not recommend this hotel. Refused to give me a refund after a guest was denied accommodation. I am now $296 out of pocket.

Very tidy. A bit dated but good for an overnight stay.

Great place however staff could be better, unfortunately they are quite rude, perfect placement in the middle of the city and very adorable rooms

NO WIFI IN ROOM 85 If you’d like wifi and you get put in room 85, change rooms! We got booked into room 85 and had no wifi at all. Since we stayed for 4 nights this was kind of annoying. The reception told us “it should work time to time, it’s queensland what do u except”… but if you put “wifi on all areas” we do expect wifi yes. For the rest good value for money. Not too far from center and nice owner. Pool is lovely and clean!

I've Stayed in better hostels. Not enough parking in hotel of even out front of main road, i had to park around the corner and walk back a block back to my room at night. Wouldn't recommend it. Yes Cheap price, but should be cheaper for what it is. Photos are old like the rooms. Needs a huge overall.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I genuinely wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This was one of the most disgusting and stressful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures online. The second we got into bed, we discovered a nest of bugs crawling all over the sheets. To make matters even worse, there was a cockroach roaming around the room. Completely unacceptable and beyond unhygienic. When we complained, they moved us to another room… which ALSO had bugs in it. At that point, we felt physically sick and completely unsafe staying there. Then, instead of helping us, the staff stopped answering our phone calls altogether and ignored us while we were desperately trying to resolve the situation. We were left with no choice but to leave in the middle of the night and book another hotel, costing us even more money out of pocket. Afterwards, we contacted them multiple times requesting a refund for this nightmare experience, and they were dismissive, and refused to properly help or even submit a refund request. This place is filthy, misleading, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about basic cleanliness or customer safety. Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and potential health risks DO NOT STAY HERE.

I genuinely cannot believe this place is allowed to operate as a hotel. The room looked NOTHING like the photos online — completely misleading. Everything felt dirty the second we walked in. There were stains on the curtains, stains in the shower, and the entire room felt disgusting and poorly maintained. But somehow it got even worse. Around midnight, while we were getting ready for bed, we pulled back the sheets and found an actual NEST of ants living in the bed. Not a couple ants — HUNDREDS. They were crawling everywhere. It was horrifying. We called the after-hours number panicking, and they eventually moved us to another room, only for that room to ALSO have bugs. After that, the staff completely stopped answering the phone and ignored us for the rest of the night. At 1 in the morning, exhausted and disgusted, we had to leave and desperately find another hotel in the middle of the night. And after all of this? They still refused to refund us. Absolutely unbelievable. This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I would sooner sleep on the street than ever stay here again. Save yourself the nightmare and stay literally anywhere else.
