I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The room we received was completely different from what was shown in the online photos. It was located on the ground floor and had a very strong smell of chlorine and gas, which made it unpleasant to stay in. When we raised our concerns, the staff offered us a room upgrade for an additional $240. We agreed and moved all of our luggage up three flights of stairs. However, after we had already settled into the new room, we were told that the management had changed their decision and that we would need to pay an extra $500 instead. Since we did not agree to this unexpected increase, we were forced to move back to the original room. What disappointed us even more was the attitude of the staff. We asked for help booking activities during our stay and were told that this service was provided to other guests, but for some reason they refused to assist us. The entire experience felt disorganized and unfair. The room quality, lack of transparency, and poor customer service made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.

Booked a superior room which states it’s a 4 star room. The beds are very uncomfortable and shot. One pillow on my bed smelt like vomit, the linen was clean but someone has obviously been sick on it. The lamp was broken and so was the exhaust fan in the bathroom. There’s a tv in the room but it only connected to the internet there no free to air tv. The internet is extremely intermittent and if your not will Telstra good luck. During our stay the sink in the bathroom also started leaking. There’s only good thing about this hotel is the nice staff.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos advertised on the website. It was located on the ground floor, and there was a strong unpleasant smell of gas and pool chlorine throughout the room, making our stay very uncomfortable. We politely asked if it would be possible to move to another room. Initially, we were offered a Superior Room for an additional $240, which we agreed to. After carrying all of our luggage up three flights of stairs and settling into the new room, we were informed that the manager had not approved the arrangement and that we would instead need to pay an additional $500. We were then told to return to the original room with the unpleasant odor. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, we asked the staff for assistance booking some fun activities during our stay. We were told that this service was available for all guests, yet we were specifically told that they would not arrange any activities for us. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The room did not match the advertised photos, communication was inconsistent, and the level of customer service fell far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.
