Quest Canberra City Walk

What a great stay. Stayed 4 nights in a superior room with balcony. The room was very clean, bathroom has large bottle amenities (shampoo,conditioner,body wash,hand wash,soap), large rainshower (great pressure).The kitchenette was handy (cooktop, microwave, pod coffee machine). The bed was comfy, although could do with a high mattress topper as we could feel a gap between the 2 king singles zipped together. Car parking underneath, a little tricky, just enough room for a sedan car. Location in great walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, in the heart of city. Staff were polite and very helpful. Thanks Quest. Would definitely stay again. 5 stars 🌟

This is a great place with excellent view of environment around the hotel .the service of this hotel is fantastic .

I stayed for 2 nights, I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by friendly staff it gave a warm welcoming feeling. Rooms very clean and spacious for a solo, short stay traveller. Room was serviced well. Great location. Thanks Ques team! I will be back.

- The reception staff are friendly and helpful. - The parking entrance is a bit narrow, but the parking area itself is spacious. - The studio room is tidy and the bed is comfortable and roomy.

Decent Quest. Rooms decent and well appointed. Bed comfy and finishes modern. Check in and out easy. Parking....let me just say if you aren't confident in tight space driving....find a park elsewhere 🤣 tight as up and down the ramp.

Great in-room facilities and close to everything.

We stayed for 7 days as a family. The location is excellent, right in the city centre, and there was plenty of parking. When we arrived, the reception staff were very kind and friendly, and most importantly, they handled our requests very quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, which made it easy to sleep and relax comfortably. We also really liked that there were restaurants nearby within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again in the future.

I stayed at Quest Canberra City Walk from 19/3–21/3 while travelling from the Central Coast, NSW. We normally stay at A by Adina Canberra, but tried Quest because it is directly next to the shops. Unfortunately, this was a huge mistake. The room setup was disappointing: * Only one chair at the table for two guests * Two single beds pushed together instead of a proper double bed * The closest parking was a 6-minute walk away and still required payment * The receptionist was very unwelcoming The major issue happened Friday night. I had already woken up that morning with small red bites that were beginning to welt, but assumed it was a mosquito. Later that night, we found what appeared to be a bed bug in the bed, which I photographed and recorded on video. This raised serious hygiene concerns. I called reception and a staff member came up but was rude and passive-aggressive, referring to us as “claiming there’s a bed bug” and suggesting it “could have been a mosquito,” despite the photos and video I had. Around 20 minutes later the manager arrived, but offered no apology or empathy, acting as though we were inconveniencing him at 12:30am. There was no offer of help with laundry, luggage, or support, despite the situation. This experience completely ruined our stay, and I will now have to pay out of pocket to have my luggage professionally steamed. I have contacted Quest Canberra City Walk directly regarding this issue and am awaiting a response. I will also be reporting this incident to ACT Health due to the hygiene concerns and how the situation was handled. I hope Quest Apartment Hotels reviews this situation and provides an appropriate resolution for the additional costs and ruined stay. I strongly recommend anyone considering a stay at Quest Canberra City walk check recent reviews carefully before booking.
