Cannot rave about this place enough! Absolutely stunning accomodation, turn down service was a bonus. Accessibility was incredible, as someone neurodivergent. The restaurant was quite busy so we requested to eat upstairs and they were so accomodating. I’m also currently pregnant and they also were able to provide a mobility scooter. I needed it for the 3km tour and it was perfect! No request was too big, and everyone was so lovely. Not one of the staff made us feel we were too much. The food was absolutely to die for, we did not spend one moment hungry. Tour guides were fantastic, and groups were small which was great. And the animal encounters were amazing! The zoo and aquarium are incredible, peaceful and so lovely, the way the animals are cared for was second to none!

Absolutely amazing service, facilities and experiences. Incredible food and so much of it! Great value Highly recommend we stayed in the grand shark suite and the experience of feeding the sharks was so fun! Staff go above and beyond to ensure guests are looked after nothing was too much trouble
