We stayed for 2 nights. The service was very great, the staff is very nice, polite and helpful. The hotel provides free bakery, fruits… for breakfast and free coffee during the day. As for the location, it’s perfect, next to central station and chinatown. I highly recommend this place

I stayed for 2 nights and will definitely stay again when I'm in Sydney. What a location! So close to Central station and all the public transport options and food outlets in the area (Spice Alley a single block away (see photo), Eve's Bar just around the corner, all the options on Broadway). The location was so quiet, the faint hum of the aircon was the only noise I could at night. The room was very large - no view (except of a concrete wall) but that wasn't important. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the coffee machine and morning snacks (including fresh fruit) were great.

Honestly I had a great 6 day stay at this hotel. It was one of the cheaper rooms without a window but I didn’t find it mattered. The front desk staff are lovely, the room was a good size and the bathroom was nice. The housekeeping was incredible, my room was cleaned every day and they replaced the free soap/ shower gel ect when I needed it. The room had handy amenities (Microwave, kettle) and a good tv. I absolutely loved the breakfast every day, there were so many options and really nice snacks. The location was great ( 5 minutes to central station). Really great experience for the price, I would definitely stay again.

Rooms are a good size and comfortable. However house keeping was only emptying the 2 bins each day (4 day stay), supply a microwave but no utensils or plates, cups and glasses supplied but nothing to wash them up with

The air conditioner didn't work and the hotel couldn't get the maintenance to fix it. So the hotel lent us 2 fans to be used in a room of 6 people with no air-con. They also said couldn't move us to other rooms because there is no room to give us and they are fully booked. But I checked online, there are rooms available. So it really was their choice to move us to other rooms but they chose not too. They offered us late check-out till 12pm but no use since we have to out to the airport by 10.30am. It was disappointing really. We had a long day, wanted a good rest and never thought we chose a wrong hotel to stay. Hope the hotel will do better in handling things like this because it is actually a favourite hotel located in the middle of the ciry

Service was 10/10, the receptionists were really welcoming and the coffee machine + snacks in the lobby conquered me. Top location, near central station and multiple bars/cafes. The room was nothing crazy and the isolation was not good. Still, would definitely recommend. Had a great stay.
