My favorite bar so far in Sydney. No frills, but a decent pool table and great draft selection.

Good value food and beers

Dark, busy, noisy but good for s beer if uou are a bloke

A real pub, well located with good quality food and friendly service

Had a few drinks on a Saturday with family during Happy Hour. Great value drinks, friendly atmosphere with the main areas well presented. The cone piece and pills on the bathroom floor were a good laugh

First we were greeted poorly by the bar staff, we went down to get a casual drink and the Canadian club cans were $16! For 1! Then we got to our room to the most disgusting bedding. Won’t be coming back.

Best part: Location - Conveniently located near several bus terminals - Woolworths and Jalato are less than a 5-minute walk away - Walking distance to the University of Sydney, Paddy's Market, Newtown, and more No towel changes. They do provide amenities, but if you need more, you have to ask in the morning. The soundproofing is terrible. I thought the windows were open. Be sure to bring earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep. The bathroom has one toilet and two showers. The water pressure is legendary when two people use it at once, so make sure to use one at a time.
