A very good location for someone who would like a privacy and Quiet atmosphere friendly family running the hotel

Stopped in for one night, to break the trip from Byron to Sydney. I wish I'd come for a dedicated two or three day stay. Utter, unalloyed tranquility, made even better by hosts Andrew and Lee. There when required, discretely absent when not. A more than comfortable room, jaw droppingly beautiful gardens and a delicious breakfast to see us on our way. I cannot recommend Sensom more highly for anyone for whom relaxation and tranquility in stylish comfort are the goal.

The property is lush, beautiful and comfortable. The owners Lee and Andrew are extremely hospitable and made sure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. The breakfast provided on the balcony overlooking the incredible views of lake, trees and pool, made the experience even more special. Also their beautiful dog Luca is a treat to meet.

If you want to feel like you’re in paradise - book it! The hospitality and the whole atmosphere are truly special and idyllic. Even though we only spent one night, we were able to completely relax and unwind. The hosts were incredibly kind and shared great tips for exploring the area and finding a nice restaurant, which was especially helpful as we arrived late and without dinner. It's a little hidden gem, and we would love to come back anytime. Thank you Lee, Andrew & Luca for hosting us! 🫶🏼

Such a stunning spot! The house and gardens have been carefully designed and created out of the surrounding rainforest and are beyond beautiful. The views from the terrace and veranda breathtaking. The pool is lovely, very pretty, refreshing and secluded. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and spacious and we enjoyed the company of our hosts Andrew and Lee who were so helpful with information on the area, the plant and wildlife. They were respectful of our space and privacy however, and served a delicious breakfast of locally sourced food and fruits.Lovely Luca was a particular treat. We were sorry we could only stay the one night. Such a special haven. I think back on it often. We left an item of clothing in one of our rooms and Andrew went out of his way to post the item back to us. We are so grateful for their kindness.

Beautiful property in the mountains beside Coffs Harbour, serene views, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast on the deck. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful weekend at Sensom, where we were delighted with the location, the privacy, the gardens and the wildlife. The owners were attentive, yet respectful and the breakfast was simply amazing. We will definitely be back.

My first time staying at a B&B so wasn't too sure what to expect - however I had an amazing stay. Lee and Andrew (and Luca) were super welcoming and hospitable, providing lots of great recommendations for places to see and things to do in the area and beyond and were great to have a chat to. Breakfast was so good and the property is so beautiful and peaceful to walk through, so many gorgeous flowers all around. Really comfortable bed and beautifully decorated interiors too.

If sipping hibiscus tea and eating locally made yogurt and honey while overlooking a beautiful hinterland oasis brimming with bird songs sounds good to you, then Sensom is a must. The hosts, Andrew and Lee, are as gorgeous as the the garden paradise they have created - ensuring quality across the board…from incredibly comfy beds, fluffy (and enormous) bath towels, a cozy fireplace, carefully considered bespoke decor (that speaks to adventurous travel abroad), and the crowning touch - THE most gentle and cuddly dog named Luca. Truly a corner of heaven.

Beautiful ambiance. Truely Delightful hosts provided top service. Room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is throughly enchanting. Being surrounded by the wonders of nature made the stay even more pleasant. We very much enjoyed our morning walk to the pond to feed the magical Koi. Breakfast was delicious. We were so thrilled that our dietary requests were accommodated. We have found our new favourite stay in Coffs. Thank you ❤️
