Great deal for a spacious room with private outdoor spa tub. Since the weather wasn't ideal, there was the Mineral Spa a few meters away. Cosy spa soak with steam room and saunas available. Followed by dining at the Argus with sides of great portions. Staff were very lovely and so helpful

We had a lovely one night stay, we stayed in the Garden delux spa room. It was clean and well prepared for our arrival, we had our cheese board platter and the heating was on in the room. Service was great, Liz was attentive and welcoming. We enjoyed a spa at their spa retreat on the property. We returned home and forgot my jacket, spoke with Liz at reception and was told they will mail it to me. The breakfast the next day was delicious. Defiantly come back one day.

I have visited the Angus Bar on many occasions and every time Tom and the other team members there have been incredibly hospitable. Home away from home. Thank you Tom and team :)

We had a lovely stay. We were disappointed that we paid $100 extra for a garden view that was no existent. There were tops of trees above a brush fence if that’s what was classed as a view. Other than that the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was wonderful

One of the worst experience ever. Been back to this place 2nd time since 2019 and seems like all the good things gone.. We booked a Garden Superior Room with a description of garden and balcony view. Instead, we received a room so much different from expectation. The “garden view” was covered by fences, and not open as shown in the photos. I get that photos may be different, but when you paid for a higher rate for a room with a view, you will expect you receive what you paid, otherwise I can pay for a cheaper room rate. Not only that, we were waken up at midnight with the noise from room upstair. The steps can be heard clearly from upstair, and there were weird noises coming from the venting system upstair too. You can even hear the shaky noise.. I am writing this review when hearing this noise.. Such a terrible experience.

We had a small intimate wedding here and it was so special. All the staff were kind and attentive, special shout out to Chathura who went above and beyond to make my dream wedding come true!
