Tundra Lodge

The room service was poor. The AC in my room was not working and they couldnt do anything about it for the two days I spent there.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was a problem with my reservation, but it was fixed quickly and I got an upgraded room! Some minor repairs need to be made here and there. The waterpark hot tub was super relaxing.

We attended a wedding and stayed two nights here. The food was above average and the event coordinator was on top of everything! The rooms for the guests were a very short walk from the ballroom but far enough away to not have any noise. The ballroom and the entry room and bar were clean and beautiful. The rooms were fairly clean and could be updated but, It's a water park. I wasn't expecting a 5 stars room. The people at the front desk were kind but a little unfriendly. They really didn't go out of their way to help when it was needed. That was a little frustrating. I think service could be improved a whole lot at the front desk. Breakfast in the restaurant was a convenient quick buffet and the workers were super nice and friendly!

The hotel room terrible the a/c didn't work, after asking if could be checked, was told maintenance only works in the morning. The pool could use a good cleaning, plus asked the lifeguards if they knew how to use the handicap chair, was told they didn't know how. The restaurant was open for dinner cause they had no waitress.

Water park is like open 4 hours a day and not during weekdays or somethin dunno dont care not gangster not great vibes rooms are good but just functionally a hotel dont go with water fun times in mind they'll probably be closed

Super fun family staycation for all ages & just doors away from Lambeau Field had my whole gang feeling like pro bowlers!

The room wasn't bad it was clean, and didn't stink. Heres the catch, the pool and staff, overseeing that part was horrible. From people eating nachos in the hot tub to drinking in the water. Life guards walking around with their(blinders) on looking so board they wanna quit. I had to pull a little girl out of the water or she WOULD have Drown.. the life guard on duty.. fast asleep. That girl could have died if I wasn't around.. I went to pool management and the main hotel management I finally was able to reach them after 20 min because communication at the resort is worse than a child who cant talk yet. So i reported it to both Managements then pool management decided to ask me on what I thought should be said to the life guard in question. I wasn't nice, and Im not the boss so why ask me that. Not impressed any way I saved a life. Now 3 days after my stay im still getting 30$ pending charges on my card 🤔. Definitely DO NOT PAY MONEY TO GO HERE!!!

The room wasn't ready until after 5:00pm. The girl at the counter was rude and unhelpful. They charged us a fee that wasn't in the booking. The water park was closed. Sad excuse for hospitality.

We stay at Tundra Lodge several times a year, and it continues to be one of our favorite family getaways in Green Bay. The waterpark and arcade keep the kids entertained for hours, making it a fun destination no matter the season. A special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. We've worked with her multiple times over the past year, and she is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. It's refreshing to see a familiar face in hospitality, especially when employee turnover can be so common. During our most recent stay, she noticed that our room rate had dropped since we originally booked and proactively rebooked us at the lower rate. That level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. The facility is starting to show its age in some areas and could benefit from a few updates and refreshes. That said, the outstanding staff more than make up for it. Everyone we've interacted with has been welcoming and helpful, and it's clear they work hard to provide a positive experience for guests. The breakfast buffet was also a great value for families, with pricing of $7.95 for children 12 and under and $14.95 for ages 13 and up, along with a good variety of options. Overall, Tundra Lodge remains a fun family destination in Green Bay, and the exceptional customer service—especially from Theresa—is a big reason we continue to return several times each year.
