Fantastic place to stay, central to so many places and activities. This is the second time I have stayed and it remained just as good as last time!

It was a pleasant stay - everything worked in the room - that was a bonus ✔️✔️

Alice at the front desk is so lovely. Initially we got a room, when I walked in. It smelt of cigarettes and made me feel like i walked into a motel or hostel. Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Having kids it's important the housekeeping is done properly. The table tops still had cup marks on them and water marks. I was too disappointed to take photos. However, they were quick to respond and I am very thankful. Thank you to the staff upon arrival Naomi was kind... and Alice was very accommodating, her colleague Yubi was also helpful. I can't thank Alice enough for going beyond her limits. I hope she is well treated as she is a keeper of a staff. Thank you!

[July 13–17, 2026] Trip to Sydney, Australia I booked this 4-star hotel with some expectations, but overall, I was a bit disappointed. The most disappointing aspect was that the amenities were practically non-existent. Perhaps because the building is on the older side, there was some dust in various parts of the room, so I wasn't very satisfied with the cleanliness. While it has the advantage of being close to Central Station, I actually had to walk about 5 minutes to get there, and I didn't feel that transportation to the central CBD tourist areas was as convenient as I had anticipated. However, the room was relatively spacious, so there was no inconvenience in unpacking my suitcase. Since I booked at a reasonably priced rate, the value for money wasn't bad. In particular, there was a dumpling shop near the accommodation that stayed open late at night, and I have fond memories of getting takeout and eating it back after finishing my day's activities. If you prioritize facilities or location above all else, you might want to consider other options, but if you want a spacious room at a reasonable price, this seems like a decent hotel to stay in.
