Loved the location and the rooms. Front reception staff can work on their customer service skills. Borderline rude. Shame as the hotel itself is lovely.

Please be very careful booking this hotel, this brench is ridiculous unreliable, I booked this hotel through Booking.com at 4 pm. This hotel manager call me at 5 pm and my payment already went through and she told me that there is a system error in the hotel that they actually cannot provide me family room, she seems very nice and tell me that she will organise two standard room for me instead, because I am a mother bringing free children, so I double confirm with her are you sure there will be a room for Me, and she reassure me that she has booked to standard room for me instead of a family room. So I pack everything and on my way to the hotel, 40 minutes later she called me again she said I am sorry ma’am there is a system error. I do not have any room for you tonight. At first I’m thinking are you kidding me, you told me you have sort out my problem and I have make a payment. And she just keeps saying it’s a system error and she told me to contact Booking.com and I said to her it’s too late to contact Booking.com, I am on my way as you promised there is a room for me as a big hotel how can you have this stupid mistake before you telling a customer that there is a room for you why you don’t check the system, and just keep telling customer a system error at the end the manager of the Sydney branch just hang up of the customer and the customer tried to call five times and she picked up the call and said please hold on the line and just stop playing music. Luckily I tried to call the North Sydney branch, the staff there is much better and much helpful. I strongly suggest vibe hotel management team should review my case and think about if the manager is appropriate for her job title to serve customer in such big hotel in Sydney. Sydney is a well-known city for many international tourists and as the Australia Australian this is quite disappointing that the manager is such rude and not helpful.this is my stressful night with 3 kids on the street making so many phone calls so I have a room to stay with my girls . This is unacceptable.

Nice room, nice restaurant. Simple but good buffet brekky. 4 star level. Not overly expensive. Mini bar reasonably priced but not replenished during my star. Front desk efficient - but smiling or making welcome appear to be against hotel policy.

Stayed here on a Group tour from Adelaide. Good location. Central to shops, cafes and transport. Clean, comfortable, safe room. Meals (breakfasts and dinners) were buffett style. Good choice of dishes. Delicious! Staff were polite, welcoming, helpful and efficient. Thank you! Great stay. 🙂

First time stayed in a hotel with no express checkout. If you are in a rush to catch a flight, good luck.
