N M Hotel

Very poor experience and generally an uncomfortable atmosphere. The issues: - During the first night we were woken by slamming doors at 3am and 4am. - During the second night there was what could only have been fire crackers set off at 1am. This was very concerning and dangerous, and when i asked the staff they laughed and lied about the cause of the noise. - The AC does not work - There is no ventilation and so the room smelt - The duvet cover was ripped completely along two edges so the duvet itself was not covered - this is very unhygienic - The bed sheet also had cigarette burns on it - The TV did not work properly. - Their laundry service returned our clothes wet, which meant we have to travel with damp clothing and will have to repay for them to be cleaned. - No “free breakfast” as advertised, not even a kettle or tea/coffee making. - No filter water for us to use as we please, so we had to ask them to fill our bottle up each time which is inconvenient. - The place does not look like the photos.

Pros: Cons: • No free breakfast as advertised. • AC didn't work. • The duvet sheet was ripped and the bedsheet had cigarette burns. The replacement sheets were also ripped and burnt. • Laundry came back wet and they didn't return my laundry bag. When I asked for it back, they giggled and said it was missing. • We were woken at around 1am to firecrackers going off in the hallway, followed by raucous laughter, screams and banging. Once it had calmed down, I spoke to reception to see if everything was okay, they shooed me away and wouldn't say anything. • General uncomfortable atmosphere with the staff.

Ok for official stay for a night. Location is quite congested.

I had a great stay at N M hotel. The team is very kind, helpful, and friendly. They are always available for any request, question or friendly conversation! The room is nice and spacious, with comfortable bed, big wardrobe, TV, Ac, and fan. The bathroom is great too. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, few minutes away by walk to the main busy road and market/shops, which felt like a perfect combination of calm but not too secluded that you are too far from everything. Thank you for your hospitality and service!
