THE BEST HOTEL MUMBAI

I booked this hotel in an emergency after missing my flight to Germany. I called at 6 a.m., and they were very polite and offered me a room at a very good price. The owner is extremely accommodating and helpful, and the staff are super friendly. I would definitely stay here again anytime. The hygiene and furnishings are excellent and meet German standards. If any problems arise, they are resolved quickly. Very suitable for singles and couples. The area is relatively safe.. Only 10 minutes from the airport.

When I called them to clear that I am booking the hotel via Make My Trip and do I need to give extra charges while check in, they said, I'm sleeping and "Subah baat kar re" with a very offensive tone.

We stayed here for about a week, before and after heading off to Sri Lanka for a month. It’s very close to the airport, but the five-star rating goes to the staff, especially Shahid, who was incredibly helpful with everything.

The staff is rude and can't communicate properly. The location and the rooms are average for the price. The rooms are not clean enough and there is almost no toiletries provided. The checkout time is extremely strict and they will start cursing if you don't leave the hotel by the designated time.

Very disappointed by the cleanliness. Ripped of sofa and construction materials in the hallway with no proper ventilation even inside the room. Broken bathroom door, I was shown two deluxe rooms and both were the same. Pay a bit more and stay in better rooms if you want peace. Overall very disappointed, especially with the stained doorways and stairs.
