Big bed, cheap price, lovely staff, would recommend this place to anyone
It was a stylish space, but unfortunately, I couldn't fully enjoy it because I checked in late. If I had to nitpick, the ceiling was a bit low for my size. But I'd like to come again. Thank you for your hospitality. It's a cool space.
It was a pretty good dormitory. It's a shame it's far from Sapporo Station and a bit of a distance from Susukino Station, but it's a nice walking route. It's a dormitory with everything you need. You won't have any problems staying there. There's a My Basket next door. There's also a Seicomart a short walk away, which is convenient. If I had to nitpick, the pipes in my room were a bit of a nuisance. The gap in the curtain was too wide. It's rare to find a place that brews regular coffee for free.
I booked this hotel because it was 9000 yen for two people for two nights, and it was a private room. On the day of arrival, my flight was delayed and it looked like I would be checking in after midnight. When I contacted them, they kindly accepted my request, which was great. However, when I went to check in at the hotel, I discovered that I had only booked one dormitory room. Luckily, there was one private room available, so they let me in there. But then they told me that they were offering a four-person dormitory as a private room, which I didn't understand at first. The room looked completely different from the one shown on the website when I booked (first picture), so I asked if the room on the website was just an illustration. They said it was an actual room, and to top it all off, they said that offering a four-person dormitory as a private room would cost more. I regretted booking this hotel. In the end, I was told that all the rooms of the type I booked were booked, so I had no choice but to stay in a four-person dormitory for two nights. My companion said it would be fine as long as we could sleep, so I didn't say anything more, but the dormitory felt too cramped for me. I apologize for arriving late to the hotel, but that's a separate issue. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and helpful, even though it was past midnight, so I'm very disappointed.
I stayed in a room on the 9th floor. Even after 10 PM, a group of guests were having a very loud drinking party in the common area on the 10th floor. After I informed the front desk, it quieted down a bit, but then, perhaps because another guest hadn't properly closed the door, the key sensor on the common door right outside the elevator kept ringing repeatedly.
