The high ceiling bed space is the best as compared to other hostels. It's worth the price, clean and organized. Check in and check out is smooth just simply scanning QR codes. The common area is a cool place to chill and lounge. The location is good just a walking distance to food and shopping streets.

This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. Location: It's in the heart of Susukino, with everything you need nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. Price: I was surprised to find accommodation at this price in such a great location. Room: It's small, but has a calm, wooden atmosphere, and the bed was soft and comfortable. A small but helpful detail was the presence of four electrical outlets and USB ports (two each). There's a safe for storing valuables. Other: In the area where I stayed, there are five shared showers and a shared toilet. The showers are equipped with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and bath towels are provided in the room. There are also five hair dryers, and they seem quite clean. Other: There's a coin laundry with one washing machine and one dryer (cashless payment via app is available). Finally, the rooms are separated by curtains, but unless you're extremely particular, you probably won't mind. (By the way, they had free earplugs.) You can have a comfortable stay if you bring a charger, wireless earphones, and a toothbrush set. Honestly, the facilities were better than I expected, and considering the price, it's quite good. I highly recommend it for your stay when you come to Sapporo.

The fact that we could watch a projector in our room was the deciding factor in choosing this hotel, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect no matter how many times we tried. Other than that, the facilities were perfectly adequate.

The deciding factors were that I was able to book it at a low price despite it being a last-minute reservation, and that it was in a convenient location for getting around.

It's clean and more than adequate if you're looking for a cheap place to stay. Of course, it depends on the manners of other guests. There's no trash can in the room, so it's a good idea to bring a plastic bag. The lounge was simpler and less comfortable than I expected. There's a self-luggage service, but you just leave your luggage in an open area, which made me a little uneasy. It might be good for suitcases, though. It gets darker than expected when you turn off the lights, so I didn't need an eye mask. There are slippers provided, but I didn't want to wear them barefoot after showering, so I wished I'd brought flip-flops. The location is excellent, and I would like to stay here again if I'm traveling alone.

The location is excellent, right in front of Cocono Susukino. If you're driving, Jumbo 1000 parking is only about a 3-minute walk away, which is convenient. The female staff member at check-in was very kind and reassuring. I stayed in a lower bunk in the Single Smart Capsule (women's only area). The ceiling was high enough to stand up immediately upon entering the space, making changing clothes easy. There was a lockable drawer at the foot of the bed for luggage, and a small lockable locker on the shelf. There was also a mirror and hangers, making it comfortable despite the small space. The toilet and shower area were clean. One minor issue was the noise from the upper bunk (the person on the upper bunk made several rude footsteps throughout the night). The dimmable light couldn't be turned off, and even at the lowest setting, it was quite bright, making it dazzling when trying to sleep. All the light switches were by the pillow; it would be more convenient if one was near the entrance. The amenities only included bath towels, so you'll need to bring your own face towels and hand towels. The shared refrigerator was small and fairly full. If there are many users, it might be first-come, first-served. Since I stayed on a weekday, there weren't many guests (except for the footsteps of the person on the upper bunk), and it was generally quiet, but whether it's comfortable or not will largely depend on the manners of the other guests. I booked because I thought the price was cheap! However, the price changed after I booked, and there was a time when it was about 600 yen cheaper. So frustrating! Check-in and check-out are smooth with QR code scanning. I recommend this place to those who don't expect much from accommodation and just need a place to sleep. I will use it again!

This was a pretty good place for my first time visiting Sapporo. The room was very nice and tidy. There were enough outlets to charge electronic devices like my phone and laptop simultaneously. The laundry facilities were excellent. There was a fully functional washer and dryer. For just 500 yen, you can wash and dry your clothes at the same time. The shower and toilet were quite good. The shower room had complete amenities, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, the space was a bit small, making it difficult to clean up. The toilet was very nice and clean, and there was a hairdryer. The staff was friendly and helpful with any difficulties. The advantage was the ability to check in and out online. You can ask the staff for assistance with the process, and they also sent messages and reminders if you had any special requests. The downside might be the distance to Sapporo Station, which is quite far on foot. However, there is a subway station called Susukino Station, which is the fastest way to get to Sapporo Station.

It was clean and nice. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Susukino, making it easy to access anywhere. I would recommend this hotel to solo travelers. However, since there are no partitions between the doors, the noise level depends on the behavior of the other guests. I was aware of this before staying, but I felt it even more strongly during my stay. This time, everyone was quiet and it was comfortable. (No snoring either.)
