The location is good, and the personal and valuables storage spaces are spacious. The attached co-working space is also convenient. However, while it looks clean at first glance, the cleaning is not thorough. I had a severe allergic reaction, possibly due to dust mites or something else. The staff's service was also not particularly courteous.

Good management, affordable prices, and a convenient location. It would probably be even better if there were a little less sweat and body odor on the bedding.

This hostel was beyond on my expectations. Very clean and without noisy sound. Everyone respect each other’s. I will come back to Sapporo and book this hostel again. Very recommend 🙌

The hostel was clean enough, and the staff were friendly. The dormitory compartments were adequately furnished. However, I was genuinely surprised to find that I had to pay 1300 yen each time I wanted to store my luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out. I was also told that if I wanted to wait at the hostel before check-out, I would have to buy a drink at the hostel's café. Given the already above-average price compared to the rest of my trip, I found this disappointing.

SCAM! Despite good reviews from the past, they now charge you twice. Once online when you book it. And once at the reception on arrival. They ignore your already paid invoice. If you do not pay for the second time, you do not get the key card. They accept cash only at the reception. I claimed it at booking.com, but booking said that I do not have a proof of the second payment from the bank (because they accept cash only, they know exactly what they do). Booking.com did not accept the printed second invoice for the same accommodation as the proof. This is a clear SCAM that should be avoided.
