Citadines Harbour Front Yokohama

Great value in a prime Yokohama location.

Some rooms have kitchens. The hotel is directly connected to the station. Even if a typhoon comes, you can get to the station without getting wet in the rain. There is a large FamilyMart convenience store at the station where you can eat in and buy souvenirs. There is a lounge where you can have tea, laundry facilities, an ice machine, and rooms have trouser presses and irons. It is a very convenient hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the security was good. The hairdryer, which is very important for women, had a strong enough airflow and is highly recommended.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the room was well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, air purifier, iron, and bathtub. Although I stayed on the lower 3rd floor with no view, the window view was of the office building behind, which was simple and quiet (good soundproofing). However, breakfast was an extra charge, and I think it cost around 2700 yen. If I had to nitpick, it would be that my room was near the emergency escape staircase, but it was locked, so I couldn't directly use the stairwell to go up or down the stairs, which seemed to increase the waiting time for guests on higher floors who take the elevator.

Seriously good location, friendly staff and easy access to areas of interest

We had a comfortable 5N stay in May 2026 - the haneda limousine bus stops at the Osanbashi Iriguchi and it is an easy but unsheltered walk to the hotel even with a roll on luggage. Alternatively you can take the trains and alight at Nihon-Odori subway Exit 4. There is a small convenience store in the subway. We found it very convenient to get to Yamashita Park and transport to Yokohama station was straightforward as well. Great location. The Executive Twin Harbour room we had was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the Front desk reception ladies who were very efficient especially at check in. You can get the usual amenities from the area at the Front desk. (no body lotion). There was some noisy motorcycles revving their engines each night - so very light sleepers do take note. Will certainly consider staying here again should we decide to be in the Minato Mirai area in our future visit. Tip: Seniors should be careful when walking outside as the streets seem to have lots of uneven kerbs and pavements.
