HOTEL LiVEMAX Yokohama Stadium Mae

There were traces of something resembling bleach splattered on the trousers I had hanging in my room. I hadn't used any bleaching liquids while wearing them or in the room, so it could only have happened during cleaning. I was told that bleach isn't used during cleaning for consecutive stays, but given the circumstances, I can't think of any other explanation and I'm not convinced. I regret staying there.

There was a Chinatown and cafes nearby. It's just right for solo travelers.

Affordable and close to the station

I stayed there for about two weeks for work, but there were three things that looked like boogers on the wall of my room, and even though the room was cleaned once a week, they were still there. Also, the room was small and smelly... The management doesn't seem to be used to Japan, and the staff were difficult to communicate with; there were many language barriers, making it difficult to use!

A perfectly average business hotel, neither particularly good nor bad. Laundry costs 300 yen. You have to buy detergent at the reception for 50 yen; no detergent is provided. The dryer costs 100 yen for 30 minutes, but it doesn't dry clothes at all, so I recommend using a nearby coin laundry.
