Highly recommend! Clean rooms, excellent and friendly service

I had a great stay at Amman Trail!. The location in the heart of the old city center is perfect for exploring, but what really made the experience was the staff—they are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home.

It was cleaner than expected, the hot water was good, and the microwave and refrigerator were both clean and well-maintained. It's winter now, so it's cold, but there's also a heater, so I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. You're attended to by the owners themselves. Very attentive and friendly. Delicious breakfast and comfortable rooms. Plus, it's right in the heart of Downtown.

Although the booking website stated that English was available, the staff on site did not speak any English. As a result, it was impossible to discuss room issues or tours. The toilet in my room leaked water, so the floor was always wet. Even if I stayed multiple nights, the room was not cleaned, so I had to ask for towels and toilet paper each time. During my multiple nights, there was water in the room, which was inconvenient, as I was unable to wash my face, but since the staff did not speak English, no matter what I said, they would only say "OK, five minutes." They had no idea what was going on. I asked four times to borrow a hair dryer, but they never brought one. Even when the air conditioner was set to 31 degrees, it only warmed the room slightly. When a problem arose, it took so long for them to respond that it was unreliable, so I cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, comfort and safety, reasonable prices

I stayed for 12 days. The hotel was safe, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. I especially thank Ms. Susan and Mr. Khaled.

Room appeared somewhat clean, but the bed sheets were not. Traces of hair and stains were found on bed sheets and blankets, with odor sneakily masked by the heavy perfume/cleaning spray. Requested clean sheets but they were never changed despite promising to do so. Bathroom was horrible, pictures could be deceiving but the one I was assigned to was extremely small, impossible to fit a regularly sized person in the shower. The entire bathroom flooded with water during and after shower due to stagnant water from slow drainage. Room is right next to the main street, with constant noise (shouting, cars honking, etc) into late night and early morning. Room is constantly reeked of cigarette smell (not sure where that came from, perhaps thru the vents somewhere in the building). Requested packed breakfast due to early morning departure but was declined. Lady at the front desk was nice though in communication, but otherwise I would not recommend anyone to stay especially in this inadequate room. Pay a bit more and get the comfort you need. Not worth to save a couple bucks to stay in this place.
