I have stayed here several times, and whenever I am in Amman, this is always my first choice. The breakfast is very good, and what really stands out is the service. Sarah and Batool go from table to table, making sure guests are satisfied, even though breakfast is served as a buffet. Their attention and care make a real difference. The reservation process is also smooth and easy. Even when there is a language barrier, the staff always make the effort to communicate and help, which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again.

The place is tidy, quiet, and clean. The reception is elegant, and the breakfast attendant, Batoul, is very professional and has a lovely manner. Her breakfast selection is excellent, catering to both healthy individuals and others. It's an attractive place and definitely worth visiting again.

They don't recognize online bookings even though you've paid. I felt like he was lying and started with the story about the old and new owners! I felt like everything he said was a lie and a scam. According to the receptionist, it wasn't just me, and yet they haven't changed anything in the settings to this day. Anyone who books online won't be recognized, even if they've paid! Worst hotel and worst service ever!
