The Compass Hotel

I would like to share my excellent experience during my stay at this hotel. Having traveled quite a bit around the world and stayed in many different hotels, I can honestly say that I rank the service here among the very best I have experienced. Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive, whether it was for the parking, the reception, the breakfast, or the housekeeping. Every detail was taken care of, and we truly felt looked after from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel without any hesitation. If you are planning to visit Amman, don’t think twice—choose this hotel with complete confidence. We traveled with a baby, and everything went smoothly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our stay was in February, and we still have wonderful memories of it. A big thank you to all the staff for their professionalism and kindness. Special thanks to Haithem, Hiba, and Zain for their exceptional hospitality and care.

My stay at The Compass Hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to all the important places, which made getting around incredibly easy and completing my transactions effortlessly. The prices were very reasonable considering the service provided, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist at any time. Honestly, their refined manners made my stay truly special. The rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and filling, a perfect way to start the day. I thank the hotel management and all the staff for this wonderful experience, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amman.

We stayed at the Compass Hotel for 1 night, for the experience the hotel is overpriced. Rooms are clean, and modern which was a plus for us. We slept comfortably all the facilities like the TV worked and the rooms spelt good - no smoke smell which is good for us. Breakfast is served in their restaurant. They do provide a buffet but it consists of mostly cold items and salad items Bearing in mind we were travelling during winter. There were three items of hot food available and one of them was boiled eggs the other two were some chopped sausages and aubergine. The foul they provided was cold. Coffee is given in a jug that you self-pour, even though they have a coffee machine so we we're not sure why they didn't make coffee for anyone. We appreciated their efforts, however what we were provided did not equate to a full breakfast in Amman and people familiar with the region will know this. Staff are helpful and will do their best to help. They are not confident speaking in English. If you're looking for an average hotel, we would recommend it but note that the price you pay would be for a better hotel elsewhere. We wouldn't stay here again.
