A very interesting experience, a hotel on the outskirts of the city, supposedly close to the center, about 3 km, but with traffic jams. Breakfast was okay, and the hotel has a Chinese restaurant, very tasty and with large portions. We also had a massage, which we took advantage of; an hour-long massage costs about $30. Overall, this hotel has seen its share of wear and tear, and no one at the reception spoke English.

I ve booked a suite room and paid on my secind night i ve bookeda last minute presidential suite, they try to give me a twin one i rejected of course. Then the problems start . Making me wait too long at lobby. Receptionist try to reach the manager . He isn't around. I was so tired and sleepy. After some arguments I ve had my room and when city am.up to my room the real problems start ! All windows open and it's cold ! Aircon works it's cold . Country already cold m no toilet paper . No clean towels !!!. I ve called Reception again and ask if they are not happy me to stay . Shenl said wait we come your room . With a toilet paper only . The hotel isn't helpful or try to help their own costumers! Not professional at all ! I m still waiting for an apology but there is no one around 🙃 . Book it and get ready for your episode 😅😅

It's a bit far from the city center, the staff are good, but the rooms are a little old. There's occasional cigarette smoke in the lobby. The staff are enthusiastic and handle requests well. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is delicious. The buffet is decent.

This hotel is located a little away from the city center. The Wi-Fi in the room is unreliable. It also appeared that the air conditioning could not be controlled from the room. However, the breakfast was decent for the price, which was nice. The staff at the reception were friendly.

Good location but the roads are very busy all day long .nice place to shop around with different things to do . very super clean.

It's a cozy place that I frequent with friends and have been serving for many years. It's a place that gets better and better every time I come.

After going nine days without a shower, getting our first glimpse of Ulaanbaatar and seeing theThis is a luxury hotel, but after spending time in Mongolia's wilderness it's definitely worth treating yourself!

Big hotel and quite modern, it's located near the city centre about 25 min by foot to Khaan square. There are store, night club from the other side of building. The standard single room is ok, commodious with big comfy bed. Breakfast is very good
