Nepali Heritage Hotel

Great rooms, service and location. Rahul was extremely kind and made a memorable stay for me

The Hotel is on the outside of Thamel, so any shopping for trekking gear can be done easily. They offer different trekking tours, as well as some other tours. The Hostel has a Restaurant integrated, which was very could but a bit pricey in my opinion. The Hotel is on the roof, so you can see most of Kathmandu and the surrounding area, which is very beautiful. The staff was always very polite :) The walls seem very thin though, you can hear everything going on in the hallways.

Rahul staff were excellent! The hot water was great, and the location was very safe! It's in an alley, so it's very quiet! There's air conditioning and Wi-Fi, which is great—hair dryers are available for rent…

Their staffs are amazing. I stayed here for two nights and all of them are very hospitable. I took the dorm room, it was great with individual small locker and electrical plug in the bed side. They provide blanket and speedy wifi. I also booked a bus to Pokhara through the receptionist here. Their shower room, toilets and communal space was great. They also provide water dispenser for refill. The only downside maybe the curtain for each capsule in the dorm. It will help the guest to have a bit of privacy. Thanks for the hospitality 😊

I stayed at this hostel for 2 Days in a private room, and i really like the staying here it felt like home. The room was very clean and nice, the bed was very cozy and comfortable and what's more is that the staff service is really really fantastic specially the receptionist Rahul, He is highly experienced and sincere, also he is very good at handling the work firmly and his English is very good and he speaks very fluently overall the hostel and their staffs are perfectly matched for the good service

Excellent! Welcome to stay here. It's clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. If you're staying in person, you can try to negotiate a lower price with the front desk. Online booking is fine for one night. The staff member's name is Rahul. The front desk is open 24 hours a day; you can come anytime.

I loved this conveniently situated place. I enjoyed staying in a private room on the top floor, which was extremely quiet and had a private balcony and a garden view. There are also hostel rooms at this hotel and a nice rooftop cafe. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and Raju and Rohul speak excellent English. Highly recommended!

This hotel is excellent. It has air conditioning, and there's a lounge area on the top floor where you can have drinks, socialize, and relax. The staff are very welcoming, especially the young man named Rahul from the other day. He was incredibly enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced; you can ask him any questions, and he'll always respond warmly. The hotel is very clean. They change the sheets daily, and there's housekeeping every day. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Very clean. The two front desk staff were very welcoming and professional, helping me solve many problems. I had a great stay.

The room isn't soundproof at all. You'll hear all of the noises from outside.

The staff member, Rahul, was lovely, enthusiastic, and spoke good English. The room was quiet, filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers—the environment was wonderful. I really liked it here. Parking is available at the entrance. Definitely a five-star review!
