I wouldn't rate this place even 1 star. Had to go to reception more than a dozen times for dirty pillows, TV not working, dirty bathroom, mold in the room and many more things. Don't be fooled by the photos online as the rooms are totally opposite. Staff doesn't care and laugh at you when you ask them to fix things. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE AND RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY

Worst experience unfriendly staff and no hygiene. Dont go there. It took them 30 minutes to serve 2 toast of bread... pathetic service

This is probably the worst hotel we stayed at in Fiji, whilst the room was reasonably clean there were a lot of ants roaming around the room, in the kettle and tea bags and into the shower room. The bed was not comfortable and had a plastic bag around the actual mattress which was uncomfortable, the pillow was thin and like they've stuffed it with cotton balls. At night there was a car park behind the hotel and every time a car turned up it would wake us up as the windows offered no sound reduction. The pool was dirty and had mold growing in it plus there were no chairs or sunbeds so didn't use this area. POSSITIVES The location was good as it's only a 5/10 minute walk into Suva or a $4 taxi ride. The food was really good although the options were mostly curry and noodles, there was also a shop on site selling snacks and basics. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was disappointing as the Yatu Lau in pacific harbour we stayed at before this we had an enjoyable time at.
