Cebu Quincentennial Hotel
Visitors frequently praise the hotel's wonderful and hospitable staff, as well as its convenient location near Ayala Mall. However, a common complaint is significant noise from street traffic due to a lack of soundproofing, and some rooms have reported issues like bad smells in hallways or stale room odors.

The room was okay, despite being a deluxe room. The air conditioning was loud, the room facing the street was very, very noisy, the toilet seat was broken, the tap sprayed in all directions, and everything looked very used, unlike in the pictures.
I have an odd experience with this place. The rooms were a great size but being situated right by the road was not the best. You can here all the cars all day since the walls aren't soundproof, I couldn't change rooms because there weren't any more available. I requested to see if I could get a tour for the day and they had someone right away and ended up spending the whole day with him seeing all the Cebu famous places. I encourage everyone to utilize this service. The location is great, not too far away from the airport and right next to a mall to do some shopping if needed. This part is where I was not impressed, before checking out someone has to physically look at the room to ensure there are no damages to the room and they saw a stain on the pillowcase from my hair. They said it was hair dye and I told them that I don't dye my hair. I don't know if it was the language barrier but they kept saying that they could not take it out and they have to pay an outside company to take out the stain and therefore I had to pay to clean this pillowcase. I thought this was unacceptable as this should be accounted for in the hotel price, not a separate charge. They could have easily used another one if it was bad enough but I felt like this was a cash grab. Because of this, I can not recommend this place because what you pay for online is not what you will pay for at the end.
