Gay Saunas in Cebu City

Outside Manila, Philippine cities rarely have much of a gay sauna scene. Cebu does. These spots are the most reliably gay venues in town, scattered across the central neighborhoods rather than clustered on a single strip. Hail a taxi or book a Grab to jump between them.

Sandia Spa

Ask a local where to go, and they'll point you to Sandia Spa on F. Ramos Street. It's the oldest and busiest room in town, and your safest bet on a random weeknight.

Watermelon Spa

Watermelon Spa sits on N. Escario Street near the Provincial Capitol. It's low-key, central, and convenient if you're already uptown.

Infinity Spa

Over in Kasambagan near IT Park, Infinity Spa aims higher. The fit-out is cleaner and distinctly newer than what you'll find at the older bathhouses downtown.

AYO AYO

AYO AYO gets steady praise from regulars. It's another straightforward, dedicated option that completes the city's circuit.

Good to Know

Hours shift, but weekends draw the real crowds. Bring cash and keep your eye on your locker key. Same-sex activity is entirely legal across the country, but public-decency norms are conservative—keep what happens inside strictly behind closed doors.
