The place is great if you are on a really tight budget. We booked our room on AirBnb and though the room we booked was advertised as good for 5 persons, I think I would just describe it as ideal for 4 persons as a party of 5 would be a tight squeeze or maybe all 5 of us are all just plus sized people. The lobby and the elevator smells of cigarettes and would look very eerie and suspicious at first, but the rooms are all bright and clean! We booked our room for 2 nights and our first night was horrible because our AC was not working, but when we raised this concern to the front desk the morning after they immediately transferred to a new room. Most of the reviews here would say that the hotel can get loud because of the dance club on the lower floors but during our stay we heard no noise at all because the 2nd floor was being renovated. Again overall, a good place to stay when you are in a really tight budget but if you have money to splurge go book somewhere else.

The room is ok. Some of the facilities like the shower floor, water tank of the toilet bowl are old with cracks. There is little to no air conditioning at the lobby area so a bit of hot while checking in. Overall it was good stay and I think I will be staying again if I am in the area.

Booked the Jacuzzi room. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. All facilities were available as posted and working fine. Stayed here on a weekday. The receptionist assisted with local recommendations for laundry, food and other stuff. Very helpful. Enjoyed my stay here.

Offers clean and spacious rooms for group gatherings in the heart of Makati. Initially, we're a bit concerned as the lobby is a bit sketchy - vibe is comparable to old chinese hotels in Hong Kong or Taiwan. Reception is a bit small and can easily get a bit crowded. Floors 2-4 are also allocated to Bars and Ktvs. But the hotel rooms are immaculate and spacious. The aircon is really strong and beds are comfortable. In addition, deluxe rooms have jacuzzi which can made the whole experience better. Given its affordable price, spacious rooms, and modern room facilities, this is truly a hidden gem in Makati which I can highly recommend.
