Heart to Heart Lanka

Heart to Heart Lanka is a Colombo-based community organisation focused on the health and wellbeing of Sri Lanka's LGBTQ+ population. For over a decade it has run HIV prevention, testing referrals, sexual-health education and psychosocial support serving gay and bisexual men, transgender people, sex workers and people living with HIV. It provides a friendly, non-judgemental point of contact for health information and community connection in a country where such services are otherwise hard to access. Its work is carried out discreetly given the legal environment, but it remains an established and reachable resource for the local community and visitors alike.
