I had a very disappointing experience at this bar on Friday night. I was waiting at the bar for my turn to order, but one bartender kept ignoring me and taking orders from other customers who came after me. I waited for more than 10 minutes, and it was very obvious that I was trying to order. Thankfully, another bartender noticed the situation and finally helped me, but the first bartender’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was also a lady who looked like a manager, and she seemed to see what was happening from the beginning, but she did not step in or help at all. Customers come here to pay for drinks and should be treated with basic respect. This kind of service makes the bar look very bad. Management should seriously retrain the staff or take proper action if they want customers to come back. I will not return to this bar again. I waited there for over 10 minutes; it was obvious I was waiting to order, but he completely disregarded me. Thankfully, another bartender noticed and eventually took my order. However, that male bartender's attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was also a woman who appeared to be a manager or supervisor; she witnessed the entire situation from the beginning but did nothing to address or help. Customers come to spend money and pay for drinks, not to be ignored or treated differently. This kind of service attitude really tarnishes the image of this bar. If the business wants to improve and respect its customers, management should seriously retrain the staff or take appropriate action. I will never come back to this bar.

My sister feels a lot

Shockingly aggressive bouncer this one night, arrived to venue with no one at entrance. I prepare to enter the venue but the bouncer made me walk around the empty barrier line. I let out a sigh and did as he asked, when I got back round he started getting extremely aggressive and up in my face and asking if I’m looking for trouble and what my problem was until a staff member came out to diffuse the situation. Really disappointed.
